Policies
One-time purchase and subscription box customers are billed at the time of the order.
Cancellations
To cancel your subscription, complete our contact form or email us at techsnackbox@svurbanleague.org.
Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 2 business days before your next order date to avoid being charged for the next order. If you do not cancel two or more business days in advance of your next order date, you will be charged for your next order but all future orders will be canceled.
Processing Time
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Shipping times can take an additional 2-10 business days.

How much is shipping?All orders ship for free.

How soon do you ship?Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Shipping times range between 2-10 additional business days. Business days are M-F, excluding all federal holidays.

Can I ship to a P.O. box?Yes. We can ship to PO boxes using USPS priority mail. Keep in mind UPS and FEDEX do not deliver to PO boxes.

Can I choose the shipping date?The subscription box plan is the only option that indicates the date the box will ship. One-time purchases will ship at the time of the order. There is no delayed shipping option.

Can I ship international?No, we only ship within the U.S. at this time.

Do you have TECH Snack Box subscriptions?Yes we do! You can select a monthly, every-other-month, or quarterly subscription option before you add the item to your cart. The subscription will continue will until you cancel it.

Can the TECH Snack Box be customized?The Subscription box cannot be customized. One-time purchases will have the option in the future, but this option is unavailable at this time.

What forms of payment are accepted?We accept Major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

What is the refund policy?We do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue we will work with you to see if we need to send a replacement or issue a refund. For subscriptions, you must cancel by the 14th of the month. If you do not, your card will still be charged on the 15th of the month and your order will ship on the 25th of the month. There will be no refund.
